This policy governs the use of the Sanctum website (the "Website”). The website is designed to allow users to make class/series purchases, register for classes, book spots, buy merchandise, and communicate with
SANCTUM, THE SOCIAL WELLNESS CONCEPT.

Acceptance of terms of use

By accessing, browsing, and/or using the website and/or any facility operated by Sanctum, classes and events, you accept and agree to be bound to these terms.

Class

The current schedule is mentioned on the Website.
Sanctum reserves the right to change the schedule at any time. If possible, any changes are announced in advance by mentioning them on the website or by email.

Sanctum reserves the right to cancel a class that has been scheduled or to change the Sanctum trainer mentioned in the schedule.
In case of a cancellation, the credit will be refunded. Sanctum reserves the right to change the prices.

Liability

Attending Sanctum classes and leaving belongings in the venue are at your own risk. Sanctum accepts no liability whatsoever for physical injury, loss or damage relating to attending classes and leaving belongings in the venue.

By signing up for and/or attending classes, events, activities, and other programs and using various venues, facilities and equipment, you here by acknowledge on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives and/or assigns, that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in the workouts and exercise equipment in association with the classes.

At all times, you shall comply with all stated and customary terms, posted safety signs, rules, and verbal instructions given to you by the Sanctum staff.


Sanctum provides the following guidelines for reducing the risk of an injury:

Always consult a doctor before starting Sanctum classes if you are not sure that you completely healthy or if you are pregnant. If you have an injury or any other physical inconvenience, always inform your trainer about this prior to the class.

Listen to and follow the instructions of the relevant trainer and ask questions if you do not understand an exercise. If in the subjective opinion of the Sanctum staff, you would be at physical risk participating in the classes, you understand and agree that you may be denied access to the classes until you furnish Sanctum with an opinion letter from your medical doctor, at your sole cost and expense, specifically addressing Sanctum concerns and stating that Sanctum concerns are unfounded.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in and access the classes, you hereby (1) agree to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage which are sustained or aggravated by you in relation to the classes and facilities, (2) release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sanctum, the venues (including - but not limited to - Prinsengracht 581-583,1016HT ) its direct and indirect parent, subsidiary affiliate entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, employees, representatives and agents, and each of their respective successors and assigns and all others, from any and all responsibility, claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities to the fullest extent allowed by law arising out of or in any way related to participation in the classes or use of the facilities, and (3) represent that you (a) have no medical or physical condition that would prevent you from properly using any of Sanctum classes, (b) do not have a physical or mental condition that would put you in any physical or medical danger, and (c) have not been instructed by a physician to not participate in physical exercise. You acknowledge that if you have any chronic disabilities or conditions, you are at risk in using the classes you should not be participating in any classes.

Privacy notice

We collect most of this personal information directly from you when you register with Sanctum, book a class, use our website, interact with us or visit us as a guest.

Your booking for a class is a contract between you and Sanctum, so we require your personal data, to allow you to access the classes and for us to verify your identity when necessary, along with taking payment for the service we are providing.

We will store information regarding the classes you are attending and specific requirement in order to ensure we have sufficient equipment available and that we are adhering to health and safety and insurance requirements.

We may need to contact you by email, phone, letter and/or SMS for administrative, customer service or operational reasons, please be aware that these communications are not made for marketing purposes and as such, you will continue to receive them even if you choose not to receive marketing communications.

Examples of these include; unplanned studio closure or timetable change.
We will also use your personal data to contact you if you have visited the studio as a guest, filled in a web-form through our website, emailed or called us, or contacted us on social media.

Your opinion is very important to us, so we may send you an email or SMS to seek your feedback. We will use the communications you exchange with us and the feedback you may provide in order to manage our relationship with you as our customer and to improve our services and experiences for other users.

We may also collect information on how you use our website, which pages of our website you visit most, in order to understand what you like. We may use this information to tailor the content and offers that you see on our website and to send you relevant messages that we think you might like.

Acceptance

By using the website, you signify your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to this, please refrain from using the website and the classes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes to these terms will indicate your acceptance of those changes.

Retreat Cancellation/Adjustment Policy

1. Cancellation by Participant:
- If a participant cancels more than 30 days prior to the start date of the wellness retreat, a full refund of the retreat fee, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of 10% of the total retreat fee, will be issued.- If a participant cancels between 15 to 30 days prior to the start date of the wellness retreat, a 50% refund of the retreat fee will be issued.- If a participant cancels less than 15 days prior to the start date of the wellness retreat, no refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation by Organizer:
- In the unlikely event that the wellness retreat is cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, a full refund of the retreat fee will be issued.3. No-Show:
- If a participant fails to attend the wellness retreat without providing prior notice, no refund will be issued.

4. Changes or Transfers:
Participants may request to transfer their registration to another person up to 7 days prior to the start date of the wellness retreat, subject to approval by the organizer and payment of a transfer fee of 10% of the total retreat fee.
