To sign up for a class, make sure you’ve created an account on the website. The next step is to select a class and purchase the package of your choice.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation up to 12 hours before a class. The credit will be lost if you cancel within 12 hours before class.

How long is my package valid?
Our packages have different expiry dates which can be viewed on our pricing page.

How do I redeem a giftcard?
To redeem your gift card, make sure to fill in your unique code and pin at checkout of your purchase. You’re received this code and PIN number through e-mail.

I’m pregnant, can I join your class?
You are welcome to participate in Sanctum classes while pregnant. It is your own responsibility to take extra precautions and listen carefully to your body. Be sure to make our crew aware if you feel comfortable.

Can I enroll myself for a waitlist when class is full?
There is a button to enroll for the waitlist when a class is full. You will automatically receive an e-mail to notify you that you are successfully enrolled and when a spot has opened up.

Is there an age minimum?
There is not a specific minimum age but we do advise attendees to be 16 years or older. It is your responsibility to decide what is appropriate for your child.

What is the refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for all Sanctum classes, class packages and events.
